Guest Lecture on ’Overview of Current Vascular And Endovascular Practice’ by Dr. Ashok Gupta

The Department of General Surgery, Father Muller Medical College, conducted a Guest Lecture on 25th January 2025 at 3.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. at the conference hall. After welcoming the gathering, Dr. Erel Diaz, Professor & unit head, Department of General Surgery, introduced the guest speakers. Dr Clement D’Souza, Professor and Head of department of General Surgery handed over the welcome bouquets to the guest speakers.  Dr. Ashok Gupta, eminent Vascular & Endovascular Surgeon from the UAE, then delivered a lecture on “overview of current vascular and endovascular practice”.  The session was moderated by Dr Navin Mathias, prominent surgeon from the UK with a special interest in interventional radiology. The guest speakers had an interactive and engaging session with postgraduates and staff members, which was well appreciated by all. The session ended with a high tea.

All the staff members, Postgraduates and House Surgeons from the Department of General Surgery were present during the Guest Lecture.  A total of 70 delegates attended the guest lecture.
