The Guest lecture was organised by the department of Ophthalmology on 17.02.2026 - “Aligning MCQs with Professional Exams: The Double Win Strategy.”. Dr. Sarita Lobo welcomed the gathering and Introduced the Guest speaker. Dr. Malcolm Pinto, Professor & Head of the Department of Dermatology, Yenepoya Medical College, Mangalore, delivered the Guest Lecture on “Aligning MCQs with Professional Exams: The Double Win Strategy.” Around 150 MBBS students and staff, PGs attended the event. The guest lecture was followed by very good interactive session. Dr. Akshatha was the organising secretary and host for the event. The guest speaker was honoured by a Memento and Certificate by Administrator FMMC Rev. Dr. Michael L Santhumayor and Dean FMMC Dr. Antony Sylvan DSouza.  Overall, it was a very useful discussion with a very good take home message.
