CHILD HEALTH NURSING- MASS HEALTH EDUCATION

The students of II year
GNM conducted Child health nursing mass health education on March 09, 2022, in
the 'K' ward at 11 am on the topic "Management of gastroenteritis". The program
commenced with a prayer song sung by Ms. Aleena and the group. Ms Glenisha Crasta,
welcomed the gathering, followed by the role play on the theme.
The students explained the causes, clinical features, diagnostic measures, management and
preventive measures of gastroenteritis. A total of 20 patients and attenders
benefitted from the program. Ms. Adlene Irell Pereira delivered the vote of
thanks. Ms. Janess compered the program. The program came to an end at 11.45
am.
