Child Health Nursing Mass Health Education

The students of II year GNM conducted the Child health
nursing mass health education program on July 12, 2022 in the 'K' Pediatric ward
on the topic of Worm infestation.
The program began at 11.30 am by invoking god's blessings
through a prayer song by II year GNM students. Mr. Joswin Pinto, welcomed the
gathering, followed by the role play on the theme.
The students explained the types, causes, psychiatric
disorders due to substance abuse, and management of substance abuse. Ms. Riya
Pereira delivered the vote of thanks. Ms. Richelle DSouza compered the
program. A total of 25 patients benefitted from the program. The program came to
an end at 12.00 pm.
