GUEST LECTURE BY DR DEVIPRASAD D ON "LABYRINTHINE VERTIGO"
A Guest lecture was conducted on 16.04.2024
by the department of Oto-Rhino-Laryngology at 3.00p.m. in the conference hall
of Father Muller Medical College Hospital.
The
topic for the guest lecture was "LABYRINTHINE VERTIGO"
by Dr. Deviprasad D., Professor & HOD, Department of ENT from Kasturba
Medical College, Mangalore.
Dr.
Savita Lasrado, Associate Professor was the MC for the programme. DR. Kuldeep
Moras, Professor & HOD, Dept. of Oto-Rhino-Laryngology welcomed Dr. Deviprasad
D. with the bouquet of flowers and delivered the welcome address. Dr. Deviprasad
D. then delivered an extensive detailed lecture on spectrum of various vertigo related disorders, their etiology,
presentation and management of the same.
The talk was attended in large numbers by the undergraduates, staff and PG's of
the department of ENT. The session was concluded by a very interactive question
and answer round. Vote of thanks was given by Dr. Vinay V. Rao, Professor,
Dept. of Oto-Rhino-Laryngology, followed by High Tea.
