Injury Prevention Strategies

A camp was conducted in the 11th of September 2021 at Jeppu Semenary. A total of 20 volunteers headed by Ashmita Patrao and Navneeth Atoli under the guidance of Cherishma Dsilva conducted this camp. Around 75 delegates took part. There was a short ppt presentation after which there was a warm up and cool down session and an injury profile assessment session. This session totally took 3 hours.
