Webinar on "Human Resource - A psycho social approach"

Department of Hospital Administration of Father Muller
College Of Allied Health Sciences, Mangalore organized a Webinar on "Human
Resource - A psychosocial approach". The
resource person was Mr Sijo Joseph, Vice President, Renai Medicity,
Kochi; MHA alumni on 28.07.2021. He
spoke about understanding the different types of employees in an organization
in order to motivate them & ensure productivity in the organization. He
explained the behavior of employees by representing different
characteristics of animals. He compared each trait, both excellent and poor of
the animals to that of the employees. To conclude, he said that understanding the traits of employees helps in developing them, assigning them responsibilities,
and ensuring their contribution to the organization.
