Talk on Aging Gracefully by Ms Reshell Fernandez

Ms. Reshell Fernandez, Lecturer,
Department of Physiotherapy, Father Muller Medical College was invited as a
resource person to deliver a talk on 'Importance of exercise in geriatric
population' organized by Holy Angel Convent on the occasion of 'Aging
Gracefully' at Mangalore.
It was conducted on 11th June 2023
where around 65 geriatric adults actively participated and received information
on physical health and exercise, cognitive training exercise and lifestyle
disorder and management.
