Guest Lecture by Dr Rashmi Kodical

The
Department of Hospital Administration at Father Muller College of Allied Health
Sciences hosted a guest lecture on “Transformational Analysis” on November 16,
2024. Renowned expert Dr. Rashmi Kodical, Professor of Management studies at
Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Dehradun shared her insights.
The
program commenced with a warm introduction by Ms. Roushell Vas, 1st
MHA. Dr Kodical’s engaging session navigated us into the appreciations,
philosophies and contents of behavioral and transactional analysis. She briefed
the students on self analysis, how to resolve conflicts. She spoke on how to
increase productivity and commitment at workplace. Some tips were given on how
to improve work life balance. She concluded with an inspiring quote by Eric Berne.
The
1st MHA students participated actively, enriching their knowledge
and gaining valuable perspectives. The event concluded with vote of thanks by
Sr. Soumya E T, 1st MHA.
