I am pleased to announce that Mrs. Nirmala Kumari, Professor and Head of

the Department of Masters in Hospital Administration, has been awarded

the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management for her research titled

"Evaluation of Customer Satisfaction with Reference to Pharmacy Services in

Tertiary Care Hospitals in Karnataka" from Srinivas University.
