REPUBLIC DAY 2020 AT FMHT

Father Muller Hospital Thumbay, a unit of FMCI, celebrated the 71st Republic Day on Sunday, January 26, 2020, at 8.30 am. The hospital staff & patients’ relatives assembled in front of the hospital for the flag hoisting ceremony. The chief guest was Mr Raj Prasad Naik, COO, Kunil Group of Institutions. Rev. Fr Sylvester Vincent Lobo, Administrator, FMHT, welcomed the chief guest and introduced him to the gathering, Dr Kiran Shetty, Medical Superintendent and other duty doctors and staff were present for the celebration. Fr Sylvester in the welcome address stressed the need to know about the Indian constitution and our rights. Mr Raj Prasad Naik, COO, Kunil Group of Institutions, hoisted the national flag and gave a message on the occasion about the importance of Tricolor and sacrifices of our forefathers for freedom and to form Indian constitution. On this occasion, sweets were distributed to all gathered. Programme concluded with vote of thanks & patriotic song. Mrs Poornima nursing staff was the MC for the programme.
