Addressing the gathering Dr Sr Judy, remembered the birth anniversary of Florence nightingale. As we mark her 205 th birthday today, we gratefully remember her vision, her mission and her deep passion for the nursing profession.  A nurse is the first to witness a new born’s cry, and often the last to hear a fading breath. Behind every medication administered, every wound cleaned, and every chart written lies a heart that has chosen to serve. But above all, a nurse is human; someone who chooses, every day, to make another person’s pain their concern.   We thank the Lord for his divine calling, for leading us to serve the suffering and the needy. May our heads, hearts and hands remain open to hear the silent whispers of pain and to become instruments of healing and hope. She wished every nurse a Happy and Blessed International Nurses day.

On this occasion Best Bedside Nurse was awarded to Mrs Agnes Wilma Sequeira  & Mrs Geetha Vijayakumar  for their dedicated service and competency by Rev Fr. Richard A Coelho, Director FMCI.

Nurses service is permanent do it with care and concluded by wishing everyone a very Happy Nurses Day.
