Prayer Service for the commencement of New Academic Year

A prayer Service was arranged by the Spiritual committee for the commencement of the new academic year 2025 for undergraduate students on 03.01.2025 at 9.15 am in the college auditorium. All students and faculty members attended the same. The prayer service began with a prayer song by Ms Athmika Martin & team.

Dr E.S.J. Prabhu Kiran, Principal, in his welcome address, said that in the New year the students must be more vibrant and concentrate in their studies. They must take part in all activities as this will help them to improve themselves and enhance their overall development. There was a brief introductory prayer by Ms Aleena Shaji, followed by the Scripture reading by Sr Athulya and prayer of the faithful by the Spiritual Committee members, Dr Saviona & Dr Adlin and students. The concluding prayer was by Dr Anita Lobo, Professor & Member, Spiritual Committee. This was followed by a thanksgiving prayer song by the students.

Rev.Fr Faustine Lucas Lobo, Designate Director, FMCI and Administrator, being the Spiritual Committee co-ordinator, FMHMCH, stressed that there should be active participation henceforth from all the students from I to IV BHMS in all the college activities, in addition to their curriculum.

The vote of thanks was given by the M.C., Ms Neha Marita Pais. The prayer service concluded at 10 a.m. with the Institution Anthem.
