Independence Day 2025

The 79^th Independence Day was celebrated with grandeur at Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital premises on August 15, 2025 at 9 am.  The formal programme commenced with a soulful prayer by Ms. Chethana and team. 

Dr E. S. J. Prabhu Kiran, Principal FMHMC then extended a warm welcome to the gathering and introduced the chief guest, Rev. Fr George Jeevan Sequeira, Administrator, Father Muller Medical college Hospital Kankanady.

The guard of honour and the Flag hoisting ceremony were carried out with pride and dignity, followed by the singing of National Anthem with Patriotic Zeal.

In his address, Fr George Jeevan Sequeira reflected on the nations progress and the role of youth in building stronger India. Rev. Fr Donald Nilesh Crasta, Administrator FMHMC&H, also shared his inspiring message emphasizing the values of Patriotism, unity and responsibility.

The celebration further witnesses the prize distribution for the winners of Patriotic singing competitions. Team Kent won the first prize and Team Clarke secured the second prize. The competition was judged by Prof. Dr Blany Lobo, Dr Manu Manjith and Mrs Nishmitha from FMCOPS

The celebration concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Mrs Nishmitha from FMCOPS
