BREAST FEEDING WEEK 2021

In view of Breastfeeding week 2021(1^st August - 7^th August) the Department of Paediatrics conducted health awareness talks at Jana Siksha Trust Mudipu, Ullal PHC, FMHMCH OPD and Jeppu PHC. The health awareness talk highlighted the "Importance and benefits of Breastfeeding to the Mother & child".  The talk was delivered by the postgraduate students in the local language at the different centres. Along with this pamphlets were distributed containing information regarding Breast feeding benefits. This year's theme was "Protect Breastfeeding, A shared Responsibility"
