Awareness talk - St Sebastian Kannada Medium School, Thokkot

As a
part of Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav campaign, an awareness talk on AYUSH system of
Medicine was organized by Department of Community Medicine and Department of
Paediatrics in collaboration with NSS unit of Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital at St Sebastian Kannada Medium school,
Thokkottu,Mangalore on 09.12.2021.
Mrs Juliana, incharge of St Sebastian Kannada
Medium school, welcomed the gathering. Dr
Deeraj Ignacious Fernandes, Assistant Professor, Department of Organon of
Medicine gave awareness talk on AYUSH System of medicine were he discussed
about the different systems of medicine in general and highlighted the scope of
Homoeopathy in treating the diseases.
This
was followed by the awareness talks on 'Nutrition
and menstrual disorders' by Dr Rushali
and Dr Amala. Intern and PGs
actively participated in this programme.

students of the school attended the awareness talk.
