Practice of Suryanamaskara for Vitality

Under the
Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav campaign, Father Muller Homeopathic Medical College and
Hospital conducted practice of Suryanamaskara on Friday, 14.01.2022 at 11.15 a.m
in the Yoga hall. The yoga session was conducted for the students of IV BHMS by
Department of Yoga & Naturopathy, Father Muller Homeopathic Medical College
Hospital. 77 students participanted in 2 groups. The session began by chanting
3 rounds of Aum followed by loosening exercises and 10 rounds of
Suryanamaskara. Session ended by chanting 3 rounds of Aum followed by
Bhunamana.
