Hospital Staff Training Programme

A training programme on 'Patient safety and hospital
infection control' was organized for the hospital staff on 18th May
2022 at 3 pm in the college auditorium
Sr Janet D Souza, former Chief Nursing Officer, FMMCH was
the chief guest of the programme
The programme commenced with a prayer song led by the
students of FMHMC. Dr Shainaz RMO, FMHMCH welcomed the august gathering. Dr
Deepa Pais Deputy Medical Superintendant FMHMCH introduced the chief guest of
the day. She was felicitated and honored by Rev Fr Roshan Crasta Administrator
FMHMC &H along with the Principal Dr ESJ Prabhu Kiran, Vice Principal Dr
Vilma DSouza and DMS Dr Deepa Pais for her dedicated services to Father Muller Charitable
Institutions in general and FMHMCH in particular.
Sr Janet spoke on the occasion and recalled her memories and
her association with the institution and thanked the management for the honour.
Rev Fr Roshan Crasta Administrator, FMHMC & H spoke on the occasion and
thanked Sr Janet for all her efforts and support for the institution and
FMHMCH.
This was followed by a training programme by Miss Shyni
Cardoza and Mrs Sonal Fernandes, Assistant Mangers of Quality Department,FMMC.
The resource persons spoke on patient safety in the hospital premises and also
on hospital infection, hand hygiene and disposal of bio waste. They also
demonstrated usage of fire extinguisher.
The programme concluded with the institution anthem at 4.30
