Medical Camp at St. Monica Church, Kumble

Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College in association with St. Monica Church, Kumble organised a Medical Camp on 17^th September 2023.  The programme began by invoking God's blessing through a prayer song. Mrs Ledia Dsouza, Secretary Council introduced all the dignitaries and welcomed with roses followed by the lighting of the lamp.

Rev. Fr Roshan Crasta, Administrator FMHMC & H,  Rev. Fr Anil Prakash Dsouza, Parish priest, M. Stephen Raju Dsouza, Vice President, Mrs Ledia Dsouza, Secretary Council, Sr Jacintha Saldanha, Holy Family Convent Superior, Sr Marie Theresa, St. Joseph Convent Superior and Dr Vilma Dsouza, Vice Principal were present for the lighting of the lamp.

Rev. Fr Roshan Crasta in his message, highlighted the importance of Medical Health camps, efficacy of Homoeopathic treatment in various conditions and the availing the benefits from Homoeopathic Hospital Deralkatte and Kankanady Hospitals.

Followed by registration of the patients and general health BP check-up and weight check-up was done. Health card were distributed to the patients to avail benefits from Deralkatte and Kankanady Hospitals. 

Free medicines were given during the camp for 2 weeks.  Follow up patients were referred to the PHC centre at St. Monica Church, Kumble every 2^nd week of Saturdays. The staff & PG's took the cases and Interns dispensed the medicines and instructed the patients how to take medicines.

The team headed by Dr Vilma Meera Dsouza along with 3 PGs, 3 interns & 2 nonteaching conducted the camp.
