On April 7, 2025, the Student Nurses' Association (SNA) of FMNCT commemorated World Health Day with a vibrant and engaging celebration aimed at raising health awareness among students and in-Patients of Father Muller Hospital Thumbay. The event featured a compelling role play demonstrating effective hand hygiene techniques, emphasizing the critical role clean hands play in preventing infections. A fun and creative Mad Ad competition added a touch of humor and innovation, followed by an interactive quiz testing health knowledge. The day concluded on a lively note with an energetic dance performance that brought smiles to everyone in the audience. The program was graced by Fr. Sylvester Vincent Lobo, Administrator FMHT/FMNCT, who delivered an inspiring speech highlighting the importance of health and the role of every individual in fostering a healthier society. The celebration successfully reinforced the message of this year’s World Health Day theme (Healthy beginnings, hopeful futures) promoting awareness and inspiring action toward a healthier future.
