A General Medical Camp was organized by Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Deralakatte, in collaboration with Badriya Welfare Society (R), Ajjinadka, at the Government Higher Primary School, Ajjinadka, on 13 December 2025.
The inaugural programme was held at 3.00 p.m. During the programme, Dr. Anita Lobo, Professor and Head, Department of Repertory, delivered a Health Awareness Talk, highlighting the role of Homoeopathy in promoting general health and well-being. As a mark of appreciation, the members of Badriya Welfare Society, Ajjinadka, felicitated Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Deralakatte, by presenting a memento.
Following the inaugural programme, 78 beneficiaries from Ajjinadka and nearby areas availed themselves of the medical services. The programme was compered by Mr. Shawad G. M., Social Worker.
The doctors provided medical consultations, while the interns assisted in patient registration, checking vital signs, and dispensing medicines. Necessary advice regarding follow-up care was given, and the beneficiaries were encouraged to avail healthcare services at Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Deralakatte.
The camp aimed to provide accessible and affordable homoeopathic healthcare services to the community and to create awareness about the benefits of homoeopathy in managing general health conditions. The cooperation extended by the local organizers and the public contributed to the smooth conduct of the camp. The General Medical Camp concluded at 5.00 p.m.
The medical team comprised staff, postgraduates, and interns from Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital and was led by Dr. Anita Lobo as the Team Leader. The postgraduates who actively participated were Dr. Deeksha Ballal, Dr. Suparna, and Dr. Jyothsna S. The interns who actively participated were Ms. Dhanyashree G. Kulal, Ms. Ashwitha, Ms. Alvia Pearl R., Ms. Niha V., Ms. Jasmine Susan, and Ms. Shruthi Shradha, along with Mr. Shawad G. M., Social Worker.
