NURTURE 2025

The Department of paediatrics organized ‘NURTURE 2025’, a seminar on “Enhancing paediatric outcomes through Homoeopathic interventions” on 13th December 2025 at 2 pm at Father Muller Auditorium. The resource person was Dr Guruprasad M.N. an eminent Homoeopathic Practitioner from Mangalore city.

The program commenced with a prayer song by the Paediatric postgraduates, followed by a welcome address by Dr Jyoshna Shivaprasad, Professor and Head of the Department of Paediatrics and introduced the speaker of the day. was by Dr E S J Prabhu Kiran, Principal, FMHMC welcomed the resource person by a floral bouquet.

The program was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by the dignitaries on the dais. As a token of appreciation a memento was presented to Dr Guruprasad M.N. by the Rev. Fr Donald Nilesh Crasta, Administrator of FMHMC&H and FMCOPS. In his presidential address highlighted the importance of conducting seminars to enhance knowledge in paediatrics practice.

The inaugural session concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Reshel Noronha, Associate Professor of Department of Paediatrics. The event was compered by Dr. Lakshmi B S, MD Part I, Dept. of Paediatrics.

The event was attended by 161 delegates including faculty, postgraduates and final-year students.
