Christmas Celebration 2025

Christmas celebration was held at Father Muller Hospital Thumbay on 18-12-2025 at 3.00pm. The Programme was presided by Rev. Fr Faustine Lucas Lobo, Director of Father Muller Charitable Institutions. Rev. Fr Sylvester Vincent Lobo, Administrator of Father Muller Hospital Thumbay, Rev. Fr Vinod Lobo, Chaplain and Dr Kiran Shetty, Medical Superintendent were present. The programme began with a prayer song, followed by the arrival of Santa Clause. The welcome address was given by Rev. Fr Sylvetser Vincent Lobo, Administrator who extended a cordial welcome to the gathering. The function was inaugurated by the dignitaries with the ceremonial cutting of the Christmas cake.

In his presidential address, Rev Fr Faustine Lucas Lobo emphasized that Christmas is a festival of peace, true peace is built on truth, love and sacrifice. He further called upon everyone to set clear objectives for the upcoming year and wished everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2026. He urged us to love our neighbours and anyone in need, without any discrimination. Jesus sacrificed himself for humanity, and by doing this, He showed us that sacrifice is the expression of love. Christmas joy was shared with all by Christmas singing Carols and distributing cake and kuswar. Rev. Fr Faustine Lucas Lobo distributed the prizes for the carol singing competition winners & participants.

Mr. Rithesh Frank, Quality Asst. & Mr. Guruprasad, Maintenance dept. conducted fun filled lucky games. Prizes to the lucky winners were distributed by Dr Kiran Shetty, Medical Superintendent. The anchoring of the programme was done by Ms Lisha Lasrado, staff nurse.

Programme concluded by singing Institution Anthem at 4:30pm.
