As a part of PHARMAVERSE 2025–26, Father Muller College of Pharmaceutical Sciences (FMCOPS), Deralakatte, organized its Cultural Day CELESTIA 2026 on January 24, 2026, with the objective of providing a creative platform for students to showcase their artistic talents and cultural skills while fostering teamwork, creativity and holistic development.
The day-long cultural celebrations commenced at 9.00 a.m. and witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across all batches. CELESTIA 2026 was organized under the guidance of the college administration, with Mrs. Fmith Celvia Miranda, Cultural Coordinator, FMCOPS, overseeing the smooth conduct of the event.
A variety of engaging cultural and creative competitions were conducted as part of CELESTIA 2026, allowing students to express their innovation and artistic flair. The events included Cooking Without Fire, Best Out of Waste, Nail Art, Mehendi, and Face Painting. Each competition was thoughtfully designed to encourage creativity, sustainability, fine motor skills and aesthetic sense among students.
The Cooking Without Fire competition highlighted students’ culinary creativity and presentation skills, while the Best Out of Waste event promoted environmental consciousness and innovative reuse of materials. Artistic talent was prominently displayed through Nail Art, Mehendi, and Face Painting competitions, where participants impressed the judges with their precision, originality and creativity.
The cultural arena was filled with vibrant energy as students enthusiastically participated and supported their peers, creating a festive and inclusive atmosphere on campus. Faculty members served as coordinators and judges, ensuring fair evaluation and smooth execution of all activities.
CELESTIA 2026 successfully celebrated the diverse talents of students and reinforced the importance of cultural activities as an integral part of professional education. The event provided a refreshing balance to academic rigor and contributed significantly to the overall success of PHARMAVERSE 2025–26.
