Father Muller College of Pharmaceutical Sciences (FMCOPS), Deralakatte, successfully concluded PHARMAVERSE 2025–26 with a dignified Valedictory Programme held on January 24, 2026, marking the culmination of three days of academic, sports and cultural celebrations.
The programme commenced with a solemn invocation, as students of First and Second Year B.Pharm rendered a prayer song, seeking divine blessings for the successful completion of the fest. This was followed by the ceremonial escorting of the dignitaries to the dais by Dr. Satish S, Principal, FMCOPS, along with Mrs. Fmith Celvia Miranda, Cultural Coordinator, and Ms. Josline Ancita Lobo, Sports Coordinator.
The gathering respectfully acknowledged the presence of the esteemed dignitaries. Chief Guest, Rev. Dr. Michael Santhumayor, Administrator, Father Muller Medical College, Father Muller College of Physiotherapy, and Father Muller College of Allied Health Sciences, Rev. Fr. Donald Nilesh Crasta, Administrator, Father Muller College of Homeopathic Medicine and Hospital, and Father Muller College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Guest of Honour, Rev. Fr. Nelson Administrator, Homeopathy Pharmaceutical Division,The Welcome Address was delivered by Dr. Satish S, Principal, FMCOPS, who expressed gratitude to the management, dignitaries, faculty members and students for their active participation and collective efforts in making PHARMAVERSE 2025–26 a grand success.
This was followed by the Valedictory Address by the Chief Guest, Rev. Dr. Michael Santhumayor, who congratulated the students and organizers for the successful conduct of the fest. In his address, he appreciated the holistic approach of PHARMAVERSE in nurturing academic excellence, physical fitness and cultural creativity, and encouraged students to carry forward the values of discipline, teamwork and commitment in their professional journey.
Subsequently, the Prize Distribution Ceremony was conducted by Mrs. Fmith Celvia Miranda, Cultural Coordinator, FMCOPS, wherein winners of various academic, sports and cultural events held during PHARMAVERSE 2025–26 were felicitated for their achievements and participation.
The Presidential Address was delivered by Rev. Fr. Donald Nilesh Crasta, who commended the efforts of the organizing committee and emphasized the importance of perseverance, unity and value-based education. He encouraged students to continue striving for excellence while upholding the values and ethos of the Mullerian family.
The programme then proceeded with the announcement of overall champions, by Mrs. Nishmitha Gretta D’Souza, Associate Professor, Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharma Modulator was declared the Overall Champion of PHARMAVERSE 2025–26, while Pharma Spectra emerged as the Runner-up. The announcement was met with enthusiastic applause from the gathering.
The Vote of Thanks was proposed by Ms. Josline Ancita Lobo, Sports Coordinator, FMCOPS, who expressed sincere gratitude to the management, dignitaries, faculty coordinators, staff members, students and all those who contributed to the success of PHARMAVERSE 2025–26.
The Valedictory Programme concluded on a solemn note with the rendering of the Institutional Anthem, bringing the celebrations to a meaningful and memorable close.
