General Health Check-up and Cancer Screening Awareness camp at Bendur

A one-day general health camp was held on 22nd March 2026 at St Sebastian Church Hall, Bendur, organized by Father Muller Medical College Hospital in collaboration with Indian Cancer Society.
General Medicine, General Surgery, OBG, ENT, Orthopedics, Speech and Hearing and Surgical Oncology OPD along with GRBS, Pharmacy and ECG services were made available to 273 beneficiaries. Pap smear test, Breast and Oral Examinations were done for the beneficiaries. 5 students of 7th Semester (Basic BSc Nursing) participated in the activities of the camp by assisting in ECG and dispensing free medicines to the beneficiaries. Dr Sonia Karen Liz Sequera, Professor from Community Health Nursing Department, Father Muller College of Nursing was the coordinator for the camp.
