Tuberculosis (TB) Day Health Awareness Programme

A Tuberculosis (TB) Day Health Awareness Programme was conducted at the Father Muller Salvadore Monteiro Rural Healthcare Centre Bajpe , by the department of Medical Surgical Nursing  FMCON in association with NSS cell and department of Community Medicine FMCI benefiting around 60 participants from the community. The programme aimed to create awareness about tuberculosis, its prevention, and the importance of early diagnosis and treatment. As part of the event, a skit was performed to effectively communicate key messages, and informative posters were displayed to enhance understanding. The programme was graced by the presence of the Principal and the Head of the Department (HOD). Their presence encouraged active participation and emphasized the significance of health awareness initiatives. Overall, the programme was informative and successful in promoting awareness among the participants
