The inaugural program for “Muller Path 2026 – A tryst with exams” – the 7th Annual National Pathology Postgraduate Training Workshop organized by the Department of Pathology was conducted on June 15th . The program was presided by the Rev Fr Faustine Lucas Lobo, Director of FMCI, and graced by Rev Fr Michael Santhumayor, Administrator and Dr Antony Sylvan Dsouza, Dean, FMMC. Dr Nisha J Marla, the organizing chairperson, Professor and Head of Pathology Department welcomed the gathering. Dr Hilda Fernandes, the organizing co-chairperson, gave an overview of the workshop. The Muller Path handbook was released. Rev Fr Faustine Lucas Lobo gave the presidential address and advised the postgraduates to learn not just for exams but gain knowledge that will help them throughout their practice. Dr Archana Bhat, Associate Professor of Pathology and the organizing secretary proposed the vote of thanks. The workshop had about 80 participants from various states of Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, and Gujarat. Dr Sueallen Dsouza and Dr Christina Goveas, Assistant Professors of Pathology, were the emcees for the event.
