Dermatology Health Check-up Camp at District Prison, Mangalore

A One-day Dermatology Health Check-up camp was successfully organized on Wednesday 20th August 2025 at District prison Mangalore. The event was a collaborative initiative by Father Muller Medical College Hospital, PMI (PRISON MINISTRY INDIA). The camp offered a dermatology (SKIN) test and Dispensing of free medicines. Dr. Rahul Nayak Dermatology from Father Muller Medical College Hospital, delivered an informative and awareness driven health talk on dermatology focusing on prevention and treatment. The camp was effectively coordinated by Ms. Sareena banu M R, Assistant Lecturer from the Department of Community Health Nursing (FMCON).A total of 110 prison inmates availed of the services. The program successfully promoted health awareness and care among the inmates.
