Observance of World Alzheimer’s Day 2025

The Department of Mental Health Nursing, along with the students of II PBBSc(N), Father Muller College of Nursing, observed World Alzheimer’s Day 2025 at Olavinahalli Rehabilitation Centre, Kinya, Mangaluru, on 6th September 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Rev. Sr Emma Joseph, In-charge of the Rehabilitation Centre, welcomed the gathering and gave a brief orientation about the Centre. The programme began with a prayer song, followed by a role play presented by the students based on the theme. Various entertaining activities such as group dance, group singing, games, and action songs were performed by the students. Winners of the games were awarded gifts. A total of 125 inmates actively participated in the programme and shared positive feedback.
