Student Research Club Conducts Three-Day Intensive Workshop on Research Methodology

The Student Research Club, in collaboration with the Research Cell of Father Muller College of Nursing, successfully organized a three-day collaborative workshop titled “Intensive Learning Series in Research Methodology – SGT Insight Circles: Powered by Experts” from 18th to 20th February 2026 at the college campus.

The workshop aimed to strengthen research knowledge, critical thinking, and collaborative learning among undergraduate nursing students through Small Group Teaching (SGT) strategies. Expert faculty members facilitated interactive sessions, group discussions, hands-on activities, and formative assessments, ensuring active student engagement and enhanced understanding of core research concepts.

The programme concluded with an enthusiastic Quiz Competition on 20th February 2026, which witnessed vibrant participation and showcased students’ grasp of research methodology. Attractive prizes were awarded to the winners, adding excitement and motivation.

The initiative significantly contributed to fostering a strong research culture, analytical thinking, and teamwork among nursing students, reinforcing the institution’s commitment to academic excellence and innovation in nursing education.
