Duties and Responsibilities

• To provide the vision, leadership, and operational direction for all research activities of the Father Muller Research Center.
• To Develop, Coordinate and monitor research grant writing and operations.
• To Create zeal amongst students and faculty members towards research and innovation
• To be Responsible for leading, coordinating, and directing research-related activities at all the academic units of the Father Muller Charitable Institution.
• To Direct the operations of the Office of Research and oversees under graduate, postgraduate, doctoral and faculty research activities.  
• To Develop and implements a strategic vision and a related strategic plan for the development and funding of research, and for the upgrading and acquisition of research-related infrastructure and equipment;
• To proactively pursue and cultivate regional, national, and international research development and grant opportunities.
• To Foster collaborations for mutual benefits with Local, State, National and International universities, Research centers/ Institutions and Industries.
• To Establish collaboration with public and private sectors .
• To Strategic leadership for the utilization and management of all external research funding, including governmental and private funding.
• To create center of Excellence in niche areas of research.
• To Ensure smooth functioning and effective Management of Research and development at the institution.
• To Oversee and coordinates the activities of the staff of the Office of Father Muller Research center.
• To Perform related duties as may be assigned by the Administrator/ Director or his representative
