A one-day GENERAL HEALTH CHECKUP CAMP–DKZP Nalkemar, Amtady, Bantwal.

Arnone-day general health check-up camp was organized at –DKZP Nalkemar, Amtady,rnBantwal on Friday 15-11-2024 between 09:30am to 01:00pm.

Ourrncamp team comprised doctors from departments of General Medicine,rnOBG, Paediatrics, E.N.T. and Ophthalmology, and Speech & Hearing along withrnhospital laboratory and nursing personnel.

Arntotal of 100 people attended the camp to use the many services available. Arntotal of 4 people benefited from speech and hearing services (4 audiologyrnpatients). Speech and hearing professionals in attendance were Ms.Lakshmi SrnKunnath (Speech-language pathologist Grade I), and Ms. Keerthana (AudiologistrnGrade I). Each patient received a case history, otoscopic assessment, andrnscreening audiometry. Those who did not pass the hearingrnscreening received referrals via a camp referral card and were counseledrnto administer detailed diagnostic testing at Father Muller Medical Hospital atrnconcessional rates.
