HEALTH CHECK UP CAMP AT SAGAR

Event: A one-day General Health Camp – St. Joseph’s Church Hall, Sagar, Karnataka

Time: 07:00am to 05:00pm

A one-day general health check-up camp was organized at – St. Joseph’s Church Hall, Sagar, Karnataka on Sunday 08-12-2024 between 07:00am to 05:00pm.

Our camp team comprised doctors from departments department of General Medicine, OBG, Paediatrics, E.N.T., Ophthalmology, Radiation oncology, Surgical oncology, Psychiatry and Speech & Hearing along with hospital laboratory and nursing personnel.

A total of 360 people attended the camp to use the many services available. A 30 total of   people benefited from speech and hearing services (25 audiology patients and 5 Speech disorder patients). Speech and hearing professionals in attendance were Ms. Al Shifa Khan (Speech-language pathologist Grade I), and Ms. Keerthana (Audiologist Grade I). Each patient received a case history, otoscopic assessment, and screening audiometry. Those who did not pass the hearing screening received referrals via a camp referral card and were counseled to administer detailed diagnostic testing at Father Muller Medical Hospital at concessional rates.
