Father Muller Nursing College Thumbay

Father Muller Nursing College Thumbay is a unit of Father Muller Charitable Institutions, a Registered Society sponsored by the Catholic Diocese of Mangaluru. Established primarily for the benefit of the members of the Christian Community. It is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru, Karnataka and is recognized by Karnataka Nursing Council and Indian nursing council.

As a longstanding institution dedicated to healthcare and education, FMCI has reached another milestone by the birth of the first and only nursing college in Bantwal, marking the beginning of transformative journey in nursing education Bantwal. FMNCT stands firmly in the campus of mullers at Thumbay with Father Muller hospital Thumbay as its parent hospital and Father Muller Medical College Hospital, Kankanady as its affiliated hospital.

The 1st batch of BSc nursing course was inaugurated on 03.08.2022. The college provides hostel facilities along with cafeteria for both boys and girls catering a homely and educative environment. The college is fully equipped with class rooms, labs, library and the students learn in classrooms, labs, beside and experience evidence – based simulation and skill Centre that is accredited by the American heart association.
