Blood Donation Camp

In connection with Republic Day celebrations, the NSS Committee of Father Muller Nursing College Thumbay organized a Blood Donation Camp on Saturday, 24 January 2026, at Father Muller Hospital, Thumbay, in association with Father Muller Medical College Hospital, Kankanady. The camp was conducted from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with the objective of promoting voluntary blood donation and creating awareness about its life-saving importance.

The camp was conducted smoothly under the supervision of qualified medical professionals, ensuring proper donor screening, safe blood collection, and appropriate post-donation care. NSS volunteers played an active role in donor registration, coordination, and guidance, contributing significantly to the success of the programme. The camp witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, staff, and members of the local community, reflecting a strong sense of social responsibility and commitment to community service.
