FDP : AI Workshop on Research Tools

As part of the Faculty Development Programme, an AI Workshop on Research Tools was organized for all teaching faculty of Father Muller Nursing College Thumbay, on 31/03/2026 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Rev. Fr. Anil Ivan Fernandes, Director Canara Communication was the main resource person. The session was highly interactive and hands-on, enabling participants to actively engage with the concepts discussed. He demonstrated various AI tools and clearly explained their applications and relevance in the field of research.                                                                              

The workshop provided valuable insights into integrating AI in academic and research activities, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and innovation. Faculty members found the session informative, practical, and beneficial for their future research endeavours.

Overall, the programme was well-organized and successfully achieved its objective of equipping faculty with essential AI-based research skills.
