  • Sign in and sign out in the register assigned for the purpose
  • Always dress appropriately for the usage of GYM facilities
  • No casual or jeans wear, only appropriate clothes and footwear is to be worn while in the gym.
  • Street footwear is not allowed in the gym
  • Footwear with marked soles are not allowed in the gym
  • Use only those equipment or space that is not occupied by others; always wait for your turn.
  • Re-stack weights & return all other equipment & accessories to their proper locations after use.
  • Wipe down all equipment immediately after use to avoid sweat marks.
  • Do not monopolize exercise machines or cardio equipment. Treadmill/EFX usage is limited to 10 minutes only per person and one has to let the other person to use it after 10 minutes
  • Refrain from yelling, grunting, using profanity, banging weight and making loud sounds while working out.
  • Do not disturb others. Focus on your own workout and allow others to do the same.
  • Ask trainers/staff to show you how to use the equipment you are not familiar with, so others are not waiting as you figure it out.
  • Do not sit on the machines between sets.
  • Do not bring children to the gym floor.
  • Avoid using cell phones inside the gym
  • Avoid excessive socializing.
  • Do not use slang or bad words
  • Be courteous when using the water fountain. If there is a queue, please wait for your turn.
  • Do not swap channels or music at will, always ask the other person, first come – first use
  • Do not bring your personal belongings/gym bags onto the fitness floor.
  • Avoid getting valuables or gadgets inside the gym. The management will not be responsible for any loss of valuables.
  • Avoid eatables/drinks inside gym premises, especially chewing gum.
  • Dispose glass/tissues in the waste bin after use
  • Locker facility is available.
  • Avoid any misuse or inappropriate use of the gym facilities.
  • Damage to equipment/accessories will attract penalty.
