World Patient safety Day is celebrated on 17th September 2020 by WHO hence Quality Department and Simulation Centre is organising a POSTER MAKING COMPETITION to commemorate WORLD PATIENT SAFETY DAY on 17TH SEPTEMBER 2020 for all the staff and students of FMCI.
AIM:
The aim of the event is to create awareness and speak up for patient safety.
TOPIC:
"INTERPROFESSIONAL COLLABORATION TO PROMOTE PATIENT SAFETY"
Winners will be awarded cash prizes sponsored by tech4hc, Bangalore.
Winning team- INR 5000/-
First runner up-INR 3000/-
Second runner up-INR 2000/-
The winning posters will be displayed on FMCI social media.
All participants will receive e-certificates.
RULES FOR PARTICIPATION:
1. Teaching, Non teaching Staff of FMCI can participate.
2. UG/PG students of FMCI can participate.
3. Two member from any department or institute under FMCI can form a team ( we encourage you'll to collaborate among disciplines )
4. Hand made or Digital posters ( Any paper, Any Size, Any digital platform, Any Colour, Art or Collage - Let the innovative ideas flow in)
5.To register, click on https://forms.gle/xipUK4fD41XactAy8 before 12th September 4pm. Only one member per team need to register. After successful registration, you will receive your registration number, which should be mentioned in your poster. No other identity details should be mentioned.

1. Mail a soft copy of your poster in .jpeg or .pdf format to training@fathermuller.inlatest by September 15th 4pm.
2. The mail subject line should be "My entry - Poster making competition with registration no ( )
Let's get creative.
