HAPPY & HEALTHY WORKING ENVIRONMENT by GRC

A session on 'Happy & Healthy Working Environment' for the senior non-teaching Staff  of Father Muller Medical College Hospital was organized by the Grievance Redressal Cell for Non-teaching Staff on Thursday 13^th April 2023 at 03.30 p.m.at the Conference Hall. The resource person was Dr Supriya Hegde. The session started with words of welcome by Ms. Jyothi Pinto, the Secretary- GRC who also briefed the members about the Grievance Redressal Cell & requested the Incharges to create awareness about the functioning of this Cell to their respective staff. Thereafter the session was conducted by Dr Supriya Hedge the Chairperson -GRC who instilled upon the audience the various aspects of creating and balancing a happy and healthy working environment through various tips and examples. The session was concluded by Ms. Jyothi Pinto, the Secretary- GRC who gave an overview of the topic and wished all the Staff a happy and healthy working environment. The Senior staff who attended this session gave a feedback stating that the session had been conducted extremely well and that they would implement the tips given to them by Dr Supriya Hegde.
