FMMCH Gets another new ZEISS Surgical Microscope

The department of Plastic Surgery got another new tech microscope in their ever advancement of micro surgery on 19 August 2025. Rev. Fr Faustine Lucas Lobo Director FMCI blest and prayer over the latest addition seeking God’s wisdom to heal through use of the equipment. Rev. Fr George Jeevan Sequeira, Adminsitrator, FMMCH, Dr Uday Kumar, Medical Superintendent, FMMCH, Dr. Aravind Lakshmana Rao, HOD & Professor of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Dr Elroy Saldanha, Associate Professor of Surgical Oncology were present.

A celebratory cake-cutting ceremony was held to mark the delivery and commencement of service of the new microscope at FMMCH.

The team of the Plastic and Oncology Operation Theatre including the nurses, technicians, and attendants were present during this blessing.

FMMCH aims to improve healthcare not only for the patient but also for the doctors who toiled hard and make a change in a patients life.
